    Word "opposite"

I have tried to use "opposite" in my sentences. Would you please correct my mistakes?

    1. The old women in the flat opposite stared out the window at the street every morning.
    2. David asked the man sitting opposite if he could borrow a pen.
    3. Peter ogled the long-legged woman in a tight red dress at the table opposite.
