This year, we entered into service agreements with certain service providers. Pursuant to the agreements, the service provider agreed to arrange Chinese teachers to teach in our schools and we agreed to pay a service fee for such service. The term of the service agreements ranges from six months to one year and all of the agreements will expire in 2017.

Somehow, I think the above passage is a bit clumsy. Any suggestions for a better way of expression?
