    Way of democracy

I am wondering if the phrase "the American way of democracy" is grammatically correct?
For example, if I were to write the following sentence, would it be correct?

1.The writer has published the book about the American way of democracy.

    Re: Way of democracy

There is nothing wrong with it grammatically. Unless you are specifically comparing forms of democracy, it's probably best to speak of something like "the American system of government."
