    Is then optional here?

    If you say that you are sorry then I will come with you.

    If you say that you are sorry I will come with you.

    If you say that you are sorry , then I will come with you.

    This kind of sentence I often use but not sure the word then is optional or not also whether comma is necessary or not.

    Please guide me here.

    The best way, for me, would be "If you say you are sorry, I will come with you".

    "That" and "then" can be omitted.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
