    Capitalisation of conjunctions and prepositions in titles

    Are prepositions capitalised in titles? Which variant is correct?
    1)The Word Order in Negatives and Questions

    2)The Word Order In Negatives And Questions

    Prepositions and conjunctions are not capitalized except when they're the first word of the title.

    Word Order in Negatives and Questions would be a good title.
