Hi, Please help me to correct these synopses if there are any mistakes, thank you.

Short summary
A family of three's decision to live amidst suburban peace gets proven wrong, when their little son gets an imaginary friend and is often found "playing" with him on top of an old tree in their frontyard.

Long Summary
After moving to the suburban peace, a small family of three starts experiencing strange occurrences. Firstly, when the mother receives a mentally-deranged visitor who yells at her, warning her about the tree and the house. Secondly, as their young son takes up an imaginary friend. Lastly, when their young son is found on a tree "playing" with his imaginary friend at night
