Internet provided didn't send anyone yet.

"I asked the internet provider for the WI-FI connection but he hasn't sent anybody yet for the connection. Yesterday I called him and asked him whether he was sending his worked who could give me the internet connection, who would connect the wire and all. One of his employees came and took the registration fee from my mom but nobody came for the connection afterwards. I didn't call him this morning because I wanted to see whether he would (can I use "will" here instead of "would". I am still checking whether he sends anyone or not?) send anyone or not.

    Please check.

    It's very wordy.

I have asked my internet provider to send an engineer to install a WiFi router. So far, they have sent someone to collect the registration fee from my mother but I still don't have a WiFi connection. I'm going to wait and see if anyone comes to do it today. If not, I'll phone them tomorrow.

I do have a router but I want an internet wire to be connected to it. So the person who comes for the connection he just has to attach a wire. Do I still have to say that he will install the WI-FI router?

You could say that he needs to come and connect the router.
