The scene of the movie starts with.

"The scene of that movie or serial starts with a man getting killed in the street."

Is this a correct way of start telling about a movie or a serial?

Is this a the correct way of to start telling someone about a movie or a serial?
    No.

The first scene of the move/series shows a man being killed in the street.
The movie/series starts with a shot of a man being killed in the street.

If you're not talking about the very first scene of the whole thing, then use "One of the scenes in the film/series shows ...".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

No. None of your sentences with choices joined by 'or' are correct. They never have been.
"The first scene of the movie is of a man getting killed in the street."
"The movie begins with a scene of a man getting killed in the street."
