    None of them require "personally". It's one of the most overused words in English. If you start a sentence with "I think/believe/prefer" etc, it's quite clear you are talking about yourself.

    In addition, 2 and 3 are ungrammatical.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
