Friend tries to make his friend conscious.

"Two friends were wandering on the street. One of them faints because of the heat and high temperature. The other friend gets worried and tries to make him conscious or wake him by sprinkling water on his face."

    Please check.

You started with the past tense "were wandering" but the rest is in the present tense. You need to make the tenses agree.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    '...and high temperature' is redundant.

Ah, I assumed he meant that the friend had a high (body) temperature which, in addition to the heat, caused him to faint.

    Correction for post# 1.

"Two friends were wandering on the street. One of them fainted because of the heat (here I mean the high temprature of the atmosphere by heat). The other friend got worried and tried to make him conscious or wake him by sprinkling water on his face."

We can either use heat or high temperature here, is it correct? Both cannot be used together.

Either one is fine. You can use them together, but it's bad style because they're redundant.

    Perhaps:

His friend tried to cool him off by sprinkling water on his face.

There is no need to explain "fainted because of the heat". That is perfectly clear.
