    Providing / Considering

Is there any difference between providing and considering? And when is "that" omitted?

    For example:
-I will cook providing I have the time
-I will cook providing that I have the time
-I will cook considering I have the time
-I will cook considering that I have the time

    Which are correct and why?
Thank you for your time in advance.

    Re: Providing / Considering

Providing (that) states a condition that needs to be fulfilled.
Considering (that)notes a state that exists.

The versions without that are less formal.

    Re: Providing / Considering

You may also encounter "seeing" instead of "considering" in such sentences.
I'll cook, seeing I have the time.

    Re: Providing / Considering

In BrE, that would be "seeing as I have the time".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

That's how I'd say it in AmE, too.
    I am not a teacher.
