Friend A asks friend B who lives in a society flat ("Asked by friend A of friend B who lives in a society flat. Is passive form correct? I won't use it but I am just asking it for my knowledge).

"Which (can we use what as well?) floor do you live on?"

"Which (can we use what as well) floor do you have your flat on?"

Please check.

'Which/What floor do you live on?' is perfect. What makes you think it has a passive form?

Nothing, if something has active form then there would be passive form as well.
