Inspector arrested his own wife in case of shouting.

"There is an inspector who arrested his own wife in ths case of shouting on him. He also handcuffed his neighbour and attached that handcuff to the main gate of his house. That inspector says that no matter how much he thrives or achieves or reach on top he will still remain attached to his land."

    Please check.

    .
Was that the main gate of his neighbour's house?

What's the connection between that and the first part of the text?

There doesn't seem to be any connection at all.

It is the thinking of that inspector. He loves his birth place. He is very much conntected to his land.

I get that. But you abruptly change subject matter for no apparent reason. (That kind of thing can be confusing to a reader.)

It is not entirely clear who "his" refers to (second sentence). So you might insert a parenthetical note, thus:

He also handcuffed his neighbour to the main gate of his (the neighbour's) house.

Was this the only problem it had?
