Do you think this headliine/title is properly formulated?

I am also curious to know your opinion about the use of the fragment "the longest ferry to sail from A to B", meaning "the longest ferry that/which sails from A to B".

I would use commas instead of dashes. I would say "at Shipyard X". The fragment you queried is OK.
