Dear All,

Good afternoon, I'm Maxma, just applied and I would like to know the below sentence are correct or not, could you please share the knowledge to me.


Cased 1 : Ask the vendor for get back penalty.

Reference below ceased, we have to pick up products back and sent new one to our customer is mean we have to pay transportation cost estimate 3,180 Baht. As per attached file.
We would like to charge this expense back from your, please kindly consider and let me know soon. We hope this kind of mistake will not occur in the future.

Cased 2 : Ask the colleague for solving the problem.

Due to the customer ordered on June 14,2016 and need to exchange her order on June 18,2016. and also wrote the complaint letter as per attached. Please kindly consider how should we do and let me know for the next process. For more information, please feel free to notify me or team.

Note : The product just came to our office today (Aug 2,2016) . Due to the customer postponed deliver her product to Kerry.

Do you mean "Case 1" and "Case 2"? The word "cased" (simple past tense of the verb "to case") does not make sense in your post.

Case1: It mean he need to charge the transportation cost with the vendor, who delivered the incorrect goods to many customers. Then the customers need to change the goods.

Case 2: He asked the relevance department to support and solve the problem. Cause the customer didn't satisfy the good. Then need to change it, also complained the company with the letter.

In the present tense, you need to add an "s" to the end of a third person singular verb. Can you see what is wrong with the verbs above?

"It means" and "he needs" are correct. However, "to charge" was OK in the original. It's the infinitive form.
