Whenever I wear shoes I wear socks too.

Whenever I wear shoes I wear socks too.

I wish to emphasise the fact that I wear socks whenever I wear shoes. But I couldn't come up with a good sentence for it.

I wear socks so that I can wear shoes. I don't know the reason for wearing socks yet. I have asked the reason for wearing socks for wearing shoes to some Americans and they too don't the reason. I think it prevents bad odour.

Re: Whenever I wear shoes I wear socks too.

Instead of using the "always" construction, I would probably say "I never wear shoes without socks". That makes it clear that you are not saying that you always wear shoes and socks (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) but that when you do wear shoes, you always wear socks as well. When you are not wearing shoes, you are presumably barefoot or you are wearing socks but no shoes.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
