    A good joke make me laugh.

    I guess that #1 is correct. 'A good joke' is a noun and is the third person here. But this noun is not a person and so the third person rule can be applied or not?

    The third person singular is used with "he", "she" and "it". "A good joke" comes under the term "it" so "makes" is correct.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    It doesn't matter whether it's an actual person or not- an identifiable thing, animal,concept, etc, all come under the umbrella term.
