    Their houses are in front of each other.

    "My cousine's girlfriend lives in front o him. Their houses are in front of each other."

    Please check.

    I seem to recall that in a couple of previous threads, we have told you two things (repeatedly):

    1. There is no "e" on the end of "cousin".
    2. It's "opposite", not "in front of".

    Do you remember that?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    They both can't be in front of each other. If one is in front of the other, then the other is behind it.

    If you mean they face each other, then say that.
