    he made me happy \ be happy

    Is it possible to say "he made me frightened" or I should say "He made me be frightened"?

    More natural would be "He frightened me."

    Of the two you suggest, the first is acceptable, but not very natural. The second is so unnatural that you should not use it.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
