I'm afraid I don't understand your question at all. What exactly is it that you want to know?

Someone told me to choose the correct answer.I told him I cant.
He told me the right answer is He because it has the meaning of Express.
    Is that right?

How can "he" mean "express"? What are you even talking about?

If it is some kind of puzzle or rebus I'm afraid that I haven't figured it out yet.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.
