    Dose the preposition/ adverb correct in the paragraph?

    I would appreciate if someone point out wrong grammar formation of the following;

    The root cause of the problem is not economical it is a democracy and freedom, corruption and bad management. When someone appointed to manage a company he should incorporate well-designed policies, hiring smart and competent people into the system. The current president is not a competent with no intention to practice democracy. He plunged this country more into corruption and driving toward chaos .

    Hitler interpreted his survival from assassination attempt as support from God and sign that he is on right course. The current president justified his actions by what his mother told him and some lunatic dreams

    They corrupted one’s reason, they will continue to do so.

    Corruption and Bad Management

    Say:

    The cause of the problem is not economics. It is corruption and bad management.

    Re: Corruption and Bad Management

    You should write well-thought-out policies. The hyphens join the phrase "well thought out" into a compound adjective.

    Re: Dose the preposition/ adverb correct in the paragraph?

    Say:

    He has plunged this country deeper into a corrupt system, and he is driving it towards chaos. (To use a metaphor, you could say he is driving it off a cliff.)

    Perhaps:

    They have corrupted our system of governance and will continue to do so.
