Does the following sentence sound natural (I am especially interested in the question tag)?
Don't do it, will you?
If not, what tag can we use?

I would not say that. I can't think of a question tag which would be natural in AmE, except perhaps the all-purpose "okay?"

I don't think it's particularly natural either.

You won't do it, will you?
Don't do it.
Don't do it, please.

I wouldn't attach a question tag to "Don't do it" but if I absolutely had to, it would probably be "will you?"
