Which answer do you think is correct? When are you going to submit your homework?

It's not homework, but I think about it.
I think it has more than one correct answers.
No, she isn't. (Because the picture is for a mother)
No, it isn't. (Because we convert this to it, but in the same time; could we use "it" for a person?)

It not only excludes female members, but assumes that women are not sufficiently well-educated to gain qualified teacher status.

I would naturally answer, 'No, it isn't'.

The question was Is this your father? The pronoun that matches "this" is it, so you answer "No, it's my mother."
