Gadgets should be given some break.

"The technologies that we are using today are difficult to live without. We are getting addicited to the gadgets and these things should be given a break."

    Please check.

There's no need for the present continuous after "that". Try to rewrite that part first.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I don't think it's the gadgets that need a break. It's the people!

These days, we are so addicted to our gadgets that we find it hard to live without them. We should give ourselves some time away from them.

These days, we are so addicted to our gadgets that we find it hard to live without them. We should not be obsessed with them to the extent that they dominate our lives.

"The technologies we use nowadays are difficult to live without." I know you have already corrected my sentences but could you please tell me whether this sentence is grammatical?

It is grammatical but probably not very natural.

    You could say:
We find it difficult to live without the gadgets from modern technology nowadays.

These days, we are so addicted to our gadgets that we find it hard to live without them. We should use them less often and not let ourselves become a slave of them.

It's grammatical. Most speakers would say "hard to live without", but difficult is also possible.
