    Hi,

Could anyone please tell me if there is an english proverb that says "the same car, different driver"?

    Re: The same car

Is there any proverb to describe a situation in which the things didn't get changed but only in appearance?

    Re: The same car

If we can consider lyrics by The Who as proverbs:

"Meet the new boss, same as the old boss."
