    say happy birthday to me

Which sentence sounds more natural to you?

    1) It is so nice of you to call on me to say happy birthday.
    2) It is so nice of you to call on me to congratulate me on my birthday.

I don't like the second sentence but I just want to be sure.
Please, correct all my mistakes. I should know English perfectly and if you show me my mistakes I will achieve my dream a little bit faster. A lot of thanks.

Re: say happy birthday to me

We don't tend to congratulate people on simply having a birthday. Everyone has one, once a year. It's not an achievement. We congratulate people on passing an exam, passing their driving test, getting married, having a baby and similar life events.

Are you aware that "call on me" means "come to my house"? Did the person visit you at home or phone you? If they phoned you, you need "call me". I'd probably say "Thanks for ringing to wish me 'Happy birthday'!"
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I meant that the person came to me.
