my computer (may have been, may be) hacked.

Can "may be" also work if you are afraid of future hacking?

    * I think my computer (may have been, may be) hacked. What should I do?

    1. 'My computer may have been hacked.' ── It is possible that my computer has been hacked.
    2. 'My computer may be hacked.' ── It is possible that my computer will be hacked.

Although there is a lot of crossover between may and might these days, both of your sentences should use might, in my opinion.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I might use 'may' in those two sentences (though I'd use only 'might' in this response.)
