    As a title, you could say, "Sticky Thread Not Used", and possibly even, "Sticky Thread; Didn't Use".

    Titles, newspaper headlines, etc., allow us to break grammar rules. Both those fragments are grammatically incorrect, of course. Also, you wouldn't use the second one as a newspaper headline because headlines are in present tense; the second fragment is in past tense.

    There was no need to capitalise every word in your title or in your post. Your title should have looked like this:

    "Sticky thread not used" or "Sticky thread didn't use".

    Your post should have looked like this:

    Which of the phrases in my title is correct?

    If ChinaDan was right and you were suggesting those fragments as a title for something, then capitalising each word in those fragments would have been OK.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
