Question Writing a formal letter to a college, is it right?

    Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to request more information about your courses for 16 to 18-year-olds. I would love to apply for your Graphic Design course and I have a few questions.

First, I am 17 years old and I am bulgarian. I have finished year 10 in a high school in Bulgaria. Can I apply as a foreigner? If I can, will I be allowed to live on campus and what will be the costs? Will I get any financial help?
Second, as I haven't finished high school in Bulgaria, will I be able to apply? If yes, will this count as a high school diploma?
Third, what are the qualifications to apply? Will I need to present a certificate for English language? I am aware that I missed the date to apply for the Autumn term so when will I be able to start as soon as possible?

Thank you in advance for your attention to my request. I am looking forward to receiving your response.

    Yours sincerely,

Anicchi, I have enlarged the font in your post so that it is readable. In future, before posting, highlight all the text and click on "Remove Formatting" (it's the icon that looks like two capital "A"s with a red X). That will put your post in the default font and font size.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
