    miss bedtime

    Are these sentences correct?

My bedtime is 10 p.m. If I miss my bedtime, I will be up all night.

    Re: miss bedtime

They are grammatically correct, but we all want to know ... why?

    Re: miss bedtime

I think I know the answer to that. I have found, on occasion, that if I got to bed much past my accustomed bedtime, I can have trouble falling asleep. It's like my brain accepts it has to keep going, and gets a second wind. Then when I do go to bed I can't fall asleep for hours.
