Do adverbs end with -ally 'always' pronounced as -ly only ?

Do adverbs end with -ally 'always' pronounced as -ly only ?

I just wonder that all the words, adverbs, that ended with -ally always speak only -ly in everyday conversations ? For example, basically- pronounced basicly, typically-typicly, and so on. Can I make it as a rule of thumb that I can always drop the sound of -al in every word that ended with -ally ?

Or it's just the drop of sound -al when you speak really fast like a native one. I mean, in fact, I should say clearly with -ally ?

    Thank you :)

The answer to your first line is 'No!' You can't always change "ally" to "ly" in speech.
For example you can't change 'generally' to 'generly'. It might be true for words ending in 'ically', which are the only examples you've given.

Ask 'Are adverbs that end with "-ally" (surround text that you're discussing in quotation marks) always (use italics, not quotation marks for emphasis) pronounced as "-ly"?' (Don't put a space before a question mark.)
