[Grammar] Mr Kamal's daughter got married recently.

I want to inform my friend who lives in abroad that my another friend's daughter got married recently. I want to know weather the following sentences are correct or not. If these are not please correct them.

1- Mr. Kamal's daughter got married recently he was invited me and my wife. Kamal has become father in law.Please congratulate to him

2- Mr. Kamal's daughter got married on 10th of September 2016 he invited me and my wife. Kamial has become father in law. Please congratulate to him

Not a teacher

The both are correct, there are some punctuation mistakes. Instead of "Please send congratulate to him" you should use : Send congratulations to him. Also, look at the distinction between weather and whether :)
