Keep following if you would like to know more.

Keep following if you would like to know more. Here, shouldn't 'would' be omitted ?

    Thank you.

"Keep following if you like to know more". This statement too is correct. Isn't it? Little explanation please.

Re: Keep following if you would like to know more.

Because the sentence means "Keep following if you want to know more". A synonym for "want" is "would like".

I would like to know your name.
I want to know your name.

Would you like to know more?
I would like to know more.

What should I do if I would like to know more?
You should follow me if you would like to know more.

The context tells us that "would like" is correct. A different context (the words after "would like") might tell us that both are possible.

Keep following if you would like apples. (... if you want apples.)
Keep following if you like apples. (... if you enjoy eating apples.)
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
