    She grew up into ....?


    A few minutes ago, I brought up the subject of "grow up to become" and "grow into"?

    It so happens that there is another verb "grow", namely, "grow up into".

    Is "grow up into" a mixture of "grow up to become" and "grow into"?

    No. No more than you can choose any other random two phrasal verbs based on a main verb and combine them to form a different phrasal verb that means the same thing.
