    ... due submission September/due September?

I was asked to submit my homework September 18. But my teacher is still abroad. I would like to ask:

Isn't (the?) due submission September 18?
Isn't my homework due September 18?

    Are both questions correct English?

    You can also say,
Isn't the due date September 18?
