    Hi there!

    Please, which preposition should be used below?

    He suggested me to make some changes in/on my motivation letter.

    Neither. I would use "make changes to". Note that "suggested me" is incorrect.

    He suggested to me that I make some changes to my motivation letter.
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
