    Welcome to the forum.

Please note that thread titles should include some/all of the words/phrases you are querying. I have changed the title for you this time. Out of curiosity, why was your original title to do with being in a hurry? What's the rush?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

"and should i use capital on bolt , august?."

Yes! And on 'and' and 'i'.

All "proper nouns" are capitalized in English. Names of people and things, etc.

Let's hope the OP wasn't in a huge hurry because this is homework.

Re: Usain bolt was born on august 21st, 1986

    My preference is:

Usain Bolt was born on August 21, 1986.

Using "21st" isn't really wrong, I just don't care for it in this form.

21st is fine in British English in this form, though 21 works too.

So do 21 August and 21st August.
