    Are these sentences grammatically correct?

    Greeting

    1- He is added to names list
    2- To be added to names list
    3-To add to name list
    4- Adding to name list
    5- Adding with name list
    6- Addition to name list
    7- Addition for name list

    Only the first is a sentence, and it isn't correct. 2, 3 & 6 might work as titles if you added the. Is the person's name on the list yet?

    He has been added to the list of names./He will be added to the list of names./He was added to the list of names.

    They seem to be clipped sentences (shortened sentences), like the ones that are sometimes seen in notice boards, or used when you jot down ideas or memos quickly. They need to be filled out a bit more using articles, and maybe a better structure, if you want them to be proper whole sentences.

    And I'd say : Add TO in most contexts. E.g.: His name needs to be added to the list of names. He was a recent addition to the list of names, etc.
