Can I talk the past and the future in one sentence?

I don't know if I can talk about the past and the future in one sentence.

If he was a manager, he will get an new job interview.(HR is just guessing, they require that the man should have been a manager)

    Or:

If he has been a manager, he will get an new job interview.

    Thanks so much!

Your sentences are possible except for the 'an' before 'new'.

You have a comma splice in your bracketed sentence.

If you've done it before, you'll probably do it again.

Thanks so much for your help!

In this way, I can say"I prepared some food before he leaves tomorrow"

    Am I right?

    Thanks so much!

I'm afraid that one doesn't work (even if you add the period that's required at the end of a declarative sentence). You could, however, say "I prepared some food for the trip he's taking tomorrow."

But that is why, we can say " If he was a manager, he will get a chance to take an interview tomorrow".

We can't say :He prepared some food before he leaves.

    Thanks so much!

The first is a hypothetical or imaginery sentence which didn't happen.
The second is a statement of what happened. The mix of past and present tense does not work.

If you are talking about " If he was a manager, he will get a chance to take an interview tomorrow", there is a distinct possibility that he was a manager. Indeed, depending on context, the speaker may know for certain that he was a manager. In that case he will get an interview.

Note the correct spelling of "imaginary".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
