Which sentence is correct:-
01:- What's that delicious smell? what have you been cooking?
02:- What's that delicious smell? what have you cooked ?
03 :- What's that delicious smell? what are you cooking ?

Which sentence is correct?

1. What's that delicious smell? What have you been cooking?
2. What's that delicious smell? What have you cooked[no space here]?
3. What's that delicious smell? What are you cooking[no space here]?
