"Tom never wakes up early he wakes up at around 12 PM. Whenever anybody notices this that person asks Tom "you wake up this late every day." That person asks Tim as well "you must have seen him do this?" When that person meets Tim because he is Tom's best friend."

Please check.

You really must work on your run-on sentences, tufguy. You need at least a semi-colon after 'early'.'Asks' introduces a question. 'You wake up this late every day' is not a question.'You must have seen him do this' is not a question.

Please pay attention to points that people repeatedly point out to you.

DO I need to use "say" instead of "ask" here? I didn't know this.

"Tom never wakes up early. He wakes up [STRIKE]at[/STRIKE] around 12pm. [STRIKE]PM[/STRIKE]. Whenever [STRIKE]anybody[/STRIKE] somebody notices this, that person says to Tom "You wake up this late every day." (That would be a strange thing to say to him. It sounds as if he is telling Tom what time Tom wakes up. Surely Tom already knows what time he wakes up. It would make more sense for the person to ask "Do you wake up this late every day?"

That person also says to Tim [STRIKE]as well[/STRIKE] "You must have seen him do this" when that person meets Tim because he is Tom's best friend." (Why are those closing quotation marks there? There are no opening quotation marks to go with them.)

Please check.

See above.
