    I don't find it natural. I think that most native speakers of BrEwould say ... eat until they are full (up).

    I agree with Piscean that we would say "... until they are full".

    However, I don't agree with the logic of your sentence. The problem for many people (weight-wise) is that they continue to eat even after they are full. Good advice is to eat until you are full and then stop!
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Best advice for weight loss is to stop eating while you are still a bit hungry.
