    Hot meal vs quick meal

What's the difference between "hot meal" and "quick meal" in 2 sentences below?

For many people lunch is a quick meal.
School-children can have a hot meal at school.

    Thanks.

You asked the same question in WRforums.

Why were you not satisfied with the answers you got there?
