    present perfect continuous

Hello everybody. I've got a question about tenses. Is it right to use the present perfect continuous in the following sentence?
"I'm a student at Manchester University. I'm studying Physics. Everyone thinks that students have an easy life but I've been working hard all the time. As well as my studies, I have a part-time job in a pub. (etc...).
I would say " I work", but perhaps the p.p. cont. can be used here to emphasize the fact that the action of working hard is repeated.
    Can you help me?

Please add this to your earlier thread with the (almost) identical title as a follow-up question.
