Question could be my score considered?

    Hello,

I still confuse with the order for sentences with Modal+be+verb with an object in the center.

    Which one is correct:
    Modal+be+object+verb or Modal+object+be+verb ?
    for example:
"could be my score considered ....?" or "could my certificate be considered ...?"

Thank you in advance for your attention to my request. I look forward to receiving your response

    It's the second:

    Will my application be accepted?
    Could this certificate be considered?
When will the contract be signed?

Can you be ready by six o'clock?
Where will he be this afternoon?
    What will your duties be?

Re: could be my score considered?

I remember the following simple formula for constructing yes/no questions. (Remember: modal verbs are auxiliaries.)

    • Modal + Subject + Verb
    • Could + my application + be considered?

The examples you gave were also passive, and so they need the verb be together with the third form of another verb to create:

    • Modal + Subject + be + third form
    • Could + my application + be + considered?
