    Incidents happened in the past.

"The things or incidents happened in the past have already taken place so we should not get serious about or over them."

"The things or incidents happened in the past already happened so we should not get serious about or over them."

"The things or incidents happened in the past already took place so we should not get serious about or over them."

    Please check.

Re: Incidents happened in the past.

Thing that happened in the past have already taken place, so we shouldn't worry about them.

The words I have underlined mean Things that happened in the past have already happened, so this is not exactly a profound thought.

Sorry I don't understand your intended meaning. Could you please elaborate?

Do you mean I am not thinking discreetly by the word "profound?"

    Is my sentence correct?

You don't have to say that things that happened in the past have already taken place. Everybody knows that, so it's a waste of words. Just say something simpler, like:

We shouldn't worry about things that have already happened.

Things that happened in the past cannot be changed, so we shouldn't worry about them.

Your suggestion sounds very natural to me but even still, the past tense verb happened makes in the past quite redundant.
