"I do not spend anything on household expenditure (like electricity bill, water bill, food items etc)." "What do we say to the stock of food that we keep in our house? I do not spend on that as well."

"I do not do any household chore."

Please check.

Before we start on the language, in what context might a person say this? If they spend nothing on food or utilities, how do they survive?

My father does it. I don't.

"I don't pay anything towards the running cost of my home." Are "Household expenses" and "Household expenditure" not correct words?

They're not incorrect. I simply gave, as I always do, the way I would say it in everyday, natural English. There are multiple ways of saying what you wanted to express. If I wanted to use your phrase(s), I might say "I don't pay/contribute anything towards the household expenses/the household running costs".
