don't roll your eyes at/on me

In the movie Spider-Man, Mary, showing she doesn't want to talk with an annoying person, rolls her eyes and turns away from him. He:
-- Don't roll your eyes at me.

I'm wondering, would it mean the same with "on me" instead of "at me"? Thank you.

Unless he takes them out of the sockets first. Which is unlikely.

Now the next time I roll snake eyes, I'll feel sorry for the serpent.
