I was told and being told.

Hi. I am confused about passive voices. Can you please tell me which of the following sentences grammatically correct ?

1- It bothers me when I was told that I make mistakes in my job.

2- It bothers me when being told that I make mistakes in my job.

3- That when I was told I make mistakes in my job bothers me.

4- When being told I make mistakes in my job bothers me.

    Thank you.

None of them was correct. Matthew's version was correct and natural.

2- It bothers me I am [always] unhappy when being told that I make mistakes in my job.

3- That when I was told I make mistakes in my job bothers me. I can't work out a way to make this natural or grammatical.

    Thank you.
    See above.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
