"When I used to go to the gym regularly I used to feel bad when I couldn't exercise just for one day. I used to feel if I didn't do it for one day I would not feel good whole day. But there are a lot of people who are very lazy and do not want to be woken up or want to be in bed for half day (until 12 PM)."

When I went to the gym regularly and then stopped just for a day, I did not feel good the whole day. But there are a lot of people who are lazy and want to sleep in.

I do not see how your working out at the gym regularly (not necessarily early in the morning) is related to people who are lazy and get up late.

Because I work out at 5 AM. Is it wrong to say "they want to be in bed for half day?"

When I went to the gym regularly early every morning and then stopped just for a day, I did not feel good the whole day. But there are a lot of people who are lazy and rather sleep in than spend their time to keep fit.

I would omit 'regularly' because 'every morning' suggests regularity.

people who are lazy and rather sleep in than spend their time to keep fit.
I would say 'lazy people who would rather sleep in than spend time keeping fit.

You said you used to go to the gym so, logically, you used to work out at 5am. "They want to be in bed for half day" is incorrect. At the very least, you need an article between "half" and "day". It would be more natural to say something like "They want to stay in bed for half the day".
